Presupunerile de la care pornim sunt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Utilizarea acestor tehnici va influen\u021ba dezvoltarea autoaprecierii de sine \u0219i a \u00eencrederii \u00een sine la adolescen\u021bi (13 \u2013 18 ani)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp;Tehnicile psihodramatice condi\u021bioneaz\u0103 reevaluarea constructiv\u0103 a \u00eencrederii \u0219i autoaprecierii la adolescen\u021bi;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Psihodrama influen\u021beaz\u0103 ini\u021bierea contactelor sociale favoriz\u00e2nd cre\u0219terea \u00eencrederii \u00een sine a adolescen\u021bilor;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Psihodrama ofer\u0103 posibilitatea de a dezvolta la t\u00e2n\u0103ra genera\u021bie sentimentul de siguran\u021b\u0103, \u00eencredere \u0219i autoapreciere necesare \u00een procesul de luare a deciziilor.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Competen\u021be generale<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Interven\u021bia psihologic\u0103 \u00een dezvoltarea \u00eencrederii \u00een sine prin psihodram\u0103 are ca scop dezvoltarea \u00eencrederii \u00een sine la adolescen\u021bi, a \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea imaginii de sine la nivel personal \u0219i social prin psihodram\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Obiectivele interven\u021biei psihologice se structureaz\u0103 astfel:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><\/strong><strong>Cuno\u0219tin\u021be:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>a. Prezentarea no\u021biunii de \u00eencredere \u00een sine \u0219i a componentelor ei: capacit\u0103\u021bi de autoprezentare, autoapreciere adecvat\u0103, optimism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>b. Prezentarea conceptului de psihodram\u0103 \u0219i a tehnicilor de interven\u021bie psihologic\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>c. Identificarea scopurilor adolescen\u021bilor \u0219i a posibilelor trasee de realizare folosind tehnici psihodramatice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Capacit\u0103\u021bi<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>a. Dezvoltarea capacit\u0103\u021bilor de colaborare \u0219i cooperare \u00een grup;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>b. Antrenarea capacit\u0103\u021bilor de comunicare \u0219i rela\u021bionare social\u0103 armonioas\u0103 prin intermediul tehnicilor psihodramatice;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>c. Definirea modurilor eficiente de manifestare a propriilor dorin\u021be \u0219i sentimente \u00een rela\u021bii cu al\u021bii, pornind de la \u201etr\u0103irea aici \u0219i acum\u201d din teatrul social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3.
