P\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd cei mici s\u0103 aib\u0103 exerci\u021biul necesar s\u0103 se autogestioneze singuri, ei au nevoie de sprijin \u0219i de spa\u021biu pentru a gre\u0219i, a cre\u0219te, a \u00eenv\u0103\u021ba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3.Con\u0219tiin\u021b\u0103 social\u0103<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Acest element al \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103rii socio-emo\u021bionale presupune capacitatea de a te pune \u00een locul unei alte persoane care poate proveni dintr-un mediu sau o cultur\u0103 diferit\u0103 de cea \u00een care ai crescut. Capacitatea de a sim\u021bi, de a ar\u0103ta \u0219i de a ac\u021biona cu empatie acas\u0103, la \u0219coal\u0103 \u0219i \u00een cadrul comunit\u0103\u021bii extinse.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4.Abilit\u0103\u021bi de rela\u021bionare<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Capacitatea de a construi \u0219i de a men\u021bine rela\u021bii s\u0103n\u0103toase cu persoane din diverse medii. Aceast\u0103 competen\u021b\u0103 implic\u0103 ascultarea activ\u0103 \u0219i abilitatea de a comunica eficient cu ceilal\u021bi, rezolvarea conflictelor \u0219i pe faptul de a \u0219ti c\u00e2nd s\u0103 ceri sau s\u0103 oferi ajutor. Acestea \u00eel ajut\u0103 pe copil s\u0103 comunice, s\u0103 asculte \u0219i s\u0103 colaboreze. Pentru ca cei mici s\u0103 preia tipare de rela\u021bionare s\u0103n\u0103toase, este important s\u0103 le poat\u0103 observa la p\u0103rin\u021bi, rude \u0219i profesori \u0219i s\u0103 le discute \u00eempreun\u0103 cu ace\u0219tia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5.Luarea responsabil\u0103 a deciziilor<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru a \u00eenv\u0103\u021ba s\u0103 g\u0103seasc\u0103 cele mai bune decizii, cei mici trebuie s\u0103 reu\u0219easc\u0103 s\u0103 g\u00e2ndeasc\u0103 \u00een perspectiv\u0103, s\u0103 \u00een\u021beleag\u0103 c\u0103 trebuie s\u0103 c\u00e2nt\u0103reasc\u0103 propriile nevoi, dar \u0219i nevoile celor din jur. Pentru a \u00eencuraja aceast\u0103 abilitate, copiii au nevoie de modele de bune practici \u0219i de conversa\u021bii de sprijin.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rezultatele \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103rii socio-emo\u021bionale sunt semnificative. Potrivit Jurnalului american de s\u0103n\u0103tate public\u0103, \u0219colile care folosesc activit\u0103\u021bi de antrenare a celor cinci elemente anterior men\u021bionate, raporteaz\u0103 o \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bire a performan\u021belor academice ale copiilor, reducerea bullying-ului \u0219i a ratei de abandon \u0219colar, dar \u0219i o influen\u021b\u0103 pozitiv\u0103 asupra personalit\u0103\u021bii copiilor.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Beneficiile directe pe care \u00eenv\u0103\u021barea socio-emo\u021bional\u0103 le aduce<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At\u00e2t pentru copii, c\u00e2t \u0219i pentru adul\u021bi, cre\u0219terea con\u0219tiin\u021bei de sine, performan\u021ba academic\u0103 \u0219i profesional\u0103 semnificativ \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bit\u0103 \u0219i comportamentele pozitive manifestate at\u00e2t \u00een interiorul, c\u00e2t \u0219i \u00een afara institu\u021biilor de \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt sau a locului de munc\u0103, sunt beneficiile imediate ale unei inteligen\u021be socio-emo\u021bionale ridicate.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un nivel matur al inteligen\u021bei emo\u021bionale \u00eei ajut\u0103 pe elevi s\u0103 fac\u0103 fa\u021b\u0103 mai bine stresului, s\u0103 rezolve probleme mai u\u0219or \u0219i s\u0103 afi\u0219eze&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.kinderpedia.co\/ro\/empatia-copii.html\">empatie&nbsp;<\/a>fa\u021b\u0103 de cei din jur. Elevii care sunt echipa\u021bi pentru a face fa\u021b\u0103 problemelor care \u00eei afecteaz\u0103 la nivel personal sunt apoi mai capabili s\u0103 gestioneze mai bine obstacolele.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cenv\u0103\u021barea, \u00eenc\u0103 de timpuriu, a comportamentelor pozitive care se extind dincolo de un nivel pur academic de realizare, poate ajuta copiii s\u0103 dezvolte abilit\u0103\u021bile transversale necesare pentru multe locuri de munc\u0103 ale viitorului, cum ar fi abilit\u0103\u021bile de lucru \u00een echip\u0103, capacitatea de a-i \u00een\u021belege pe ceilal\u021bi \u0219i rezolvarea problemelor. Acest lucru poate contribui la preg\u0103tirea copiilor pentru succes pe parcursul anilor de \u0219coal\u0103 \u0219i dincolo de ei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cum se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 \u00eenv\u0103\u021barea socio-emo\u021bional\u0103?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Exist\u0103 multe modalit\u0103\u021bi de a \u00eencorpora activit\u0103\u021bi cu focus pe socio-emo\u021bional, \u00een sala de clas\u0103 sau acas\u0103. Speciali\u0219tii puncteaz\u0103 faptul c\u0103 una dintre cele mai eficiente strategii de integrare a \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103rii socio-emo\u021bionale este ca activit\u0103\u021bile s\u0103 fie strecurate pe parcursul \u00eentregii zile, de la activit\u0103\u021bi bine structurate, p\u00e2n\u0103 la activit\u0103\u021bi care presupun doar conversa\u021bii deschise \u00eempreun\u0103 cu cei mici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jurnal pentru autodescoperire<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La intervale regulate (spre exemplu: o dat\u0103 pe s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103) copiii pot nota sau desena \u00eentr-un jurnal lucrurile care i-au adus bucurie \u00een s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2na respectiv\u0103 (seara de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.kinderpedia.co\/ro\/jocuri-de-societate.html\">jocuri de societate<\/a>, ie\u0219itul \u00een parc, seara de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.kinderpedia.co\/ro\/desenele-animate-pentru-copii.html\">desene animate&nbsp;<\/a>etc.). Acest exerci\u021biu \u00eei va ajuta pe cei mici s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i exerseze con\u0219tiin\u021ba de sine (\u00een\u021beleg\u00e2nd ceea ce le place) \u0219i autocontrolul (\u00een\u021beleg\u00e2nd cum reac\u021bioneaz\u0103 la lucrurile care le plac).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kinderpedia.co\/ro\/rolul-animalelor-de-companie.html\"><strong>Un animal de companie<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De\u021binerea unui animal de companie \u00eei va ajuta pe copiii s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i dezvolte empatia \u0219i responsabilitatea. Atunci c\u00e2nd cei mici \u00eenva\u021b\u0103 s\u0103 aib\u0103 grij\u0103 de un animal de companie \u0219i se angajeaz\u0103 \u00een activit\u0103\u021bi juc\u0103u\u0219e cu acesta, \u00een mod indirect \u00ee\u0219i dezvolt\u0103 competen\u021bele socio-emo\u021bionale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jocuri de empatie<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Acesta poate fi un joc de rol, verbal sau poate fi jucat cu ajutorul unor cartona\u0219e. Scopul acestei activit\u0103\u021bi este de a prezenta copiilor un set de situa\u021bii \u0219i de a observa r\u0103spunsurile lor. Spre exemplu, pe unul dintre cartona\u0219e poate fi notat: \u201eUn copil a c\u0103zut \u00een parc \u0219i to\u021bi ceilal\u021bi copii au \u00eenceput s\u0103 r\u00e2d\u0103 de el. Ce p\u0103rere ai despre aceast\u0103 situa\u021bie? Tu ce ai fi f\u0103cut dac\u0103 ai fi v\u0103zut acel copil? Ce ai fi f\u0103cut dac\u0103 tu erai copilul care a c\u0103zut?\u201d. Indiferent de r\u0103spunsul copiilor, aceasta este o activitate valoroas\u0103 care demonstreaz\u0103 cum pot p\u0103rin\u021bii sau profesorii cre\u0219te nivelul de empatie al copiilor \u0219i cum \u00eei pot ghida spre a \u00een\u021belege anumite situa\u021bii de via\u021b\u0103.<br><br><strong>Emo\u021biile pe coala de desen<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cum arat\u0103 s\u0103 fii fericit sau trist? Dar surprins sau \u00eengrijorat? Aceast\u0103 activitate ofer\u0103 copiilor oportunitatea s\u0103 exprime emo\u021biile comune prin desene sau picturi. \u00cen crearea imaginilor, ei vor reflecta asupra g\u00e2ndurilor \u0219i sentimentelor lor &#8211; \u0219i ale altor persoane. De asemenea, copilul poate asocia sentimentele cu diferite culori (de exemplu, galben folosit pentru a semnala bucuria).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Doza de bun\u0103tate zilnic\u0103<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pe parcursul zilei, p\u0103rin\u021bii \u00eei pot \u00eencuraja pe cei mici s\u0103 caute modalit\u0103\u021bi de a-i ajuta pe al\u021bii. Poate c\u0103 este vorba de a \u021bine u\u0219a deschis\u0103 unui vecin care are m\u00e2inile ocupate, de a complimenta noul tricou al unui prieten, de a spune \u201emul\u021bumesc\u201d \u0219i \u201ete rog\u201d sau de a invita pe cineva nou la joac\u0103. Prin aceast\u0103 activitate de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare socio-emo\u021bional\u0103, ei vor dezvolta con\u0219tiin\u021ba social\u0103 \u0219i abilit\u0103\u021bile de rela\u021bionare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.shakespeare-school.ro\/invatarea-socio-emotionala-sel-cum-ii-pregatim-pe-copiii-nostri-pentru-viata\/\">https:\/\/www.shakespeare-school.ro\/invatarea-socio-emotionala-sel-cum-ii-pregatim-pe-copiii-nostri-pentru-viata\/<\/a>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Intrebarea cea mai importanta este insa CUM putem sa ii ajutam pe copii:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Sa fie motivati si pregatiti pentru a invata?<br>\u2022 Sa inteleaga riscurile si oportunitatile?<br>\u2022 Sa aleaga acele decizii si comportamente benefice pentru ei si pentru cei din jur?<br>\u2022 Sa vada dincolo de ei si sa aprecieze nevoile celorlalti?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.profesorimoderni.ro\/2020\/05\/invatarea-socio-emotionala-in-scoala-online.html\">https:\/\/www.profesorimoderni.ro\/2020\/05\/invatarea-socio-emotionala-in-scoala-online.html<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u0103 propun mai jos o serie de&nbsp;<strong>activit\u0103\u021bi<\/strong>&nbsp;pe care le pute\u021bi desf\u0103\u0219ura cu elevii dvs. at\u00e2t&nbsp;<em>online<\/em>, c\u00e2t \u0219i&nbsp;<em>offline<\/em>, prin care s\u0103 promova\u021bi dezvoltarea acestei competen\u021be.<br><br>1. Conecta\u021bi-v\u0103 cu elevii!&nbsp;\u2013 \u00cenainte de a \u00eencepe lec\u021bia propriu-zis\u0103, este bine s\u0103 crea\u021bi o leg\u0103tur\u0103 cu elevii dvs., s\u0103-i \u00eentreba\u021bi cum se simt \u0219i care sunt a\u0219tept\u0103rile lor de la aceast\u0103 zi. Elevii vor vedea c\u0103 empatiza\u021bi cu ei, le valoriza\u021bi opiniile \u0219i v\u0103 adapta\u021bi noilor situa\u021bii.<br><br>2. Promova\u021bi lucrul \u00een echip\u0103&nbsp;pentru a-i \u00eenv\u0103\u021ba s\u0103 coopereze, s\u0103 comunice, s\u0103 negocieze \u0219i s\u0103-\u0219i argumenteze opiniile. Chiar dac\u0103 \u00een prezent e imposibil de realizat o \u00eent\u00e2lnire fa\u021b\u0103-\u00een-fa\u021b\u0103, exist\u0103 o mul\u021bime de aplica\u021bii \u00een care elevii \u00ee\u0219i pot partaja ecranele dispozitivelor \u0219i pot dezvolta diverse proiecte.<br><br>3. Utiliza\u021bi citate\/ idei&nbsp;pentru cre\u0219terea&nbsp;<em>mindset<\/em>-ului \u00een cadrul orelor. Motiva\u021bi-i permanent \u0219i dezvolta\u021bi-le \u00eencrederea \u00een ei.<br><br>4. Jocurile de rol&nbsp;sunt \u00eentotdeauna o idee bun\u0103 pentru a cre\u0219te inteligen\u021ba emo\u021bional\u0103.<br><br>5. Promova\u021bi&nbsp;<em>board game<\/em>-urile&nbsp;la \u0219coal\u0103 \u0219i acas\u0103. Acestea reprezint\u0103 o modalitate excelent\u0103 de a-i \u00eenv\u0103\u021ba pe elevi s\u0103 gestioneze diverse situa\u021bii \u0219i de a lua cele mai bune decizii.<br><br>6. Monitorizarea propriului progres. Provoca\u021bi-i pe elevi s\u0103 g\u0103seasc\u0103 cele mai bune modalit\u0103\u021bi de monitorizare a progresului personal la o anumit\u0103 disciplin\u0103, cu ajutorul unui jurnal\/ tabel. \u00cen acest fel, elevii vor deveni con\u0219tien\u021bi de propria \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare, \u00ee\u0219i vor con\u0219tientiza propriile nevoi, lacune \u0219i abilit\u0103\u021bi.<br><br>7. Cere\u021bi-le&nbsp;<em>feedback<\/em>&nbsp;cu privire la diverse probleme \u0219i promova\u021bi-le ideile.<br><br>8. \u00cencheia\u021bi-v\u0103 ziua la fel cum a\u021bi \u00eenceput-o, prin a-i \u00eentreba pe elevi cum s-au sim\u021bit, ce a mers bine \u0219i ce nu.<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Probabil c\u0103 aceste activit\u0103\u021bi par banale, dar pentru elevi sunt cruciale \u00een dezvoltarea lor ca membri responsabili \u0219i echilibra\u021bi ai societ\u0103\u021bii \u00een care tr\u0103iesc. Cel care \u00eel prime\u0219te \u00ee\u0219i spune numele \u0219i spune un lucru care \u00eei place, dar care \u00eencepe cu aceea\u0219i liter\u0103 ca ini\u021biala numelui s\u0103u. Ceea ce este foarte frumos la acest joc, este c\u0103 mul\u021bi copii<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00eencep s\u0103 sugereze celui care are mingea ce ar putea s\u0103 spun\u0103, \u00eencerc\u00e2nd s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i aminteasc\u0103<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>preferin\u021bele acestuia. Au fost desf\u0103\u0219urate trei\u201e\u00eent\u00e2lniri cu Pufi\u201d, cu trei clase de la ciclul primar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Roata emo\u021biilor<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Roata emo\u021biilor este un cerc care arat\u0103 ca o \u021bint\u0103 de forma unui cerc \u0219i care cuprinde o varietate de st\u0103ri suflete\u0219ti, de la cele primare p\u00e2n\u0103 la cele mai complexe. Avem nevoie de un bol cu bile\u021bele cu numele fiec\u0103rui elev din clas\u0103, dar \u0219i cu numele doamnei profesoare. Un copil, al c\u0103rui nume l-am extras din bol, merge legat la ochi cu m\u00e2na \u00eentins\u0103 \u0219i se opre\u0219te cu carioca pe o emo\u021bie. El poveste\u0219te o situa\u021bie \u00een care s-a sim\u021bit a\u0219a, spune la ce s-a g\u00e2ndit atunci \u0219i ce a f\u0103cut. Se discut\u0103 comportamentele sale \u0219i se g\u0103sesc eventuale alternative. Copilul respectiv extrage un alt bilet \u0219i jocul continu\u0103. Astfel, se creeaz\u0103 o atmosfer\u0103 prietenoas\u0103 \u00een care copiii \u00een\u021beleg emo\u021biile din propria perspectiv\u0103, dar \u0219i din a celorlal\u021bi colegi. Au fost desf\u0103\u0219urate dou\u0103 astfel de activit\u0103\u021bi,cu elevi ai claselor a III-a \u0219i a IV-a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ceaiul lecturii<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ceaiul lecturii a fost o activitate foarte interesant\u0103, desf\u0103\u0219urat\u0103 \u00eempreun\u0103 cu elevii unei<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>clase a II-a \u0219i cu p\u0103rin\u021bii acestora. \u00centr-un mediu lejer, cu ceai \u0219i biscui\u021bi, a\u0219eza\u021bi comod, elevii<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0219i-au prezentat tr\u0103irile legate de fragmentele unui roman pe care to\u021bi \u00eel citiser\u0103 \u00een prealabil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0103rin\u021bii au participat activ, aleg\u00e2nd \u0219i ei fragmente. Una dintre cele mai interesante \u0219i utile<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>concluzii pentru scopul nostru a fost aceea c\u0103 elevii au observat c\u0103, de\u0219i au citit acela\u0219i fragment, g\u00e2ndurile \u0219i emo\u021biile lor nu au fost identice. P\u0103rin\u021bii au completat cu ideea c\u0103 orice lucru poate fi privit din mai multe unghiuri. La finalul activit\u0103\u021bii, pentru a ne amuza, am citit o poveste \u201epe voci\u201d (sup\u0103rat, dezam\u0103git, vesel, extaziat, furios, \u00eenfrico\u0219at etc.). \u0218i am \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat c\u0103 exist\u0103 o mimic\u0103 specific\u0103 pentru fiecare emo\u021bie, dar c\u0103 nu toate fe\u021bele sunt identice c\u00e2nd exprim\u0103 emo\u021bia respectiv\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Points of you<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Points of you este un joc de dezvoltare personal\u0103 \u0219i social\u0103, care con\u021bine un set de cuvinte,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>un set de \u00eentreb\u0103ri \u0219i un set de imagini. Ideea jocului este stimularea asocia\u021biilor libere, a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>autodezv\u0103luirii, a dob\u00e2ndirii de noi perspective referitoare la propria persoan\u0103, la ceilal\u021bi \u0219i la<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>lume, \u00een general. Clasa a fost \u00eemp\u0103r\u021bit\u0103 \u00een trei grupe egale: grupa cuvintelor, grupa imaginilor \u0219i grupa \u00eentreb\u0103rilor. Copiii din grupa cuvintelor au luat c\u00e2te un jeton cu un cuv\u00e2nt, cei din grupa \u00eentreb\u0103rilor unul cu o \u00eentrebare, iar cei din grupa imaginilor c\u00e2te un jeton cu o fotografie. Au fost invita\u021bi s\u0103 caute modalit\u0103\u021bi de a se grupa c\u00e2te trei: o \u00eentrebare, un cuv\u00e2nt, un jeton \u0219i apoi s\u0103 prezinte o idee. Mai dificil dec\u00e2t ne-am a\u0219teptat a fost desprinderea de ideea de \u201ecum e corect\u201d \u0219i s\u0103 lase fr\u00e2u liber imagina\u021biei. Majoritatea grupelor au fost creative \u0219i au prezentat idei la care ne-au m\u0103rturisit c\u0103 nu se g\u00e2ndiser\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 atunci. Jocul a fost foarte apreciat de c\u0103tre elevi pentru c\u0103 nu le-a pus nicio barier\u0103, niciun criteriu de asociere, stimul\u00e2ndu-le creativitatea. Activitatea \u00een grupurile mici a fost foarte intens\u0103 \u0219i productiv\u0103. Jocul a fost desf\u0103\u0219urat ini\u021bial cu dou\u0103 clase de gimnaziu (a VIII-a), apoi cu dou\u0103 clase a VII-a \u0219i cu o clas\u0103 a IV-a. De exemplu, \u00een cazul adolescen\u021bilor, a fi asertiv \u00eenseamn\u0103 s\u0103 ai \u00eencredere s\u0103 refuzi o propunere, dac\u0103 ea nu este conform\u0103 cu dorin\u021bele tale, \u00eentr-o manier\u0103 \u00een care ceilal\u021bi s\u0103 nu interpreteze refuzul ca un afront sau ca un comportament \u00een afara regulilor grupului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen literatura de specialitate exist\u0103 numeroase defini\u021bii ale asertivit\u0103\u021bii. \u00cen esen\u021b\u0103, a fi asertiv \u00eenseamn\u0103 a-\u021bi exprima punctul de vedere, f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 aduci un prejudiciu celuilalt, f\u0103r\u0103 a fi agresiv sau dispre\u021buitor.
